Please be sure to read all paperwork. The company asked for the intake paperwork to be completed only to find that the background information the company needed to handle supervision was not completed by the agency. All decisions are made by the third party on whether supervision even occurs. Custodial family has complete control over supervisors. I would look at alternatives as there is no communication between client and company. Thanks!
